A new film created by two Kitimat locals is now available to watch online.

“The Night Walkers” was created by Kelly Marsh and Zach Minaker, and showcases the spectacular Northwest in an unlikely setting – the dark.

The film follows Marsh and Minaker as they explore local sites and capture fantastic images at nighttime.

In the film, the duo also travel to two international locations to find striking views and more adventure.

Marsh says that while filming, the pair were always conscious of how well Northwest BC compared to other epic vacation destinations.

Marsh and Minaker started out their journey as friends in Kitimat Search and Rescue, with a mutual love for photography and videography.

The film was a finalist at both the Ardelion Film Awards and the Hawaiian International Film awards.

“The Night Walkers” is available now to watch on youtube – on the Ice Coast Photography channel.

Marsh and Minaker are both avid photographers, and more of their work can be found on instagram: @icecoastphotography & @mountainminaker

He studied at Carleton University in Ottawa, then stayed in the city to work for over a year.
